My Jerusalem Home is a friendly state-of-the-art agency, specializing in Central and South Jerusalem. Our philosophy:Fulfill our client’s dreams with a Jerusalem Home by combing the personal service and leverage our close relationship with mortgage bankers and brokers, membership in the Jerusalem Real Estate Chamber, Shiran Multiple Listing Service and the larger Jerusalem area real estate firms.

We have recently moved office and are now expanding and recruiting new agents who have a drive for success. Our agents will enjoy a competitive commission package (based on experience), training and good back-office support: including customer relations, negotiation, administration, advertising, access to our databases of homes, customers, real estate attorneys, appraisers, and mortgage vendors.

Requirements:

  • Very organized, highly motivated, “hungry” self-starter
  • Real Estate License—valid for this year
  • Real Estate expertise and knowledge, prior experience a plus
  • Strong sales, negotiation, contract and communication skills
  • Professional appearance
  • Good with technology and computer literate
  • Driver License and car
  • Registered with tax authorities or payroll firm to give receipts
  • Able commit at least 25 hours / week
  • Languages: Good Hebrew, other languages (French, English, Russian, Spanish) a big plus.
